Grandhealth® CoQFlax 100 is made from highly absorbable and bioavailable form of coenzyme Q10 100mg combined with flaxseed oil for enhanced absorption. Flaxseed oil contains a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids in particular alpha-linolenic acid.
