Shipping in Canada: 

  • Orders over $70 (excluding tax) receive FREE SHIPPING
  • Once an order is processed it will be shipped via Canada Post/UPS/FedEX (depending on your location)
  • Once you place an order an email will confirm your order and delivery details. If you did not receive an order confirmation or tracking number, contact us directly to help you. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST (Canadian holidays apply)
  • Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 days

  • Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive (times vary depending on location, weather, holidays and any courier delays)

What to do if my product was damaged during shipping?

 All shipment precautions are taken during delivery of products, however if a product  arrives damaged or tampered with photographic evidence of the product may be requested and a full refund will apply. Please contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience.
