Directions
Adolescents (12-17 years): Take 1 veggie capsule per day  

Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 veggie capsule 1-2 times per day  

If you are on antibiotic or antifungal, take at least 2-3 hours before or after.

Warnings

Do not use if • you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment) • the protective seal is broken
