It contains Astragalus, Panax Ginseng, Gynostemma Pentaphyllum, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Dioscorea Oppositifolia, Polygonatum Sibiricum, Trichosanthes Kirilowii and Chromium.

Directions
Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 capsule 3 times daily after meal.
