Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Cellulose, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Water
Adult: Take 1 capsule once a day, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. To avoid digestive upset, take with food/meal.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. If you have liver disorder, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. If yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and /or loss of appetite occurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner, as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Do not use if you are pregnant or during lactation. Do not use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
Do not use this product if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Diuretic effect may occur.
